Methods and cleaning processes have been readjusted to eliminate any risk of contamination at our properties.

Cleaning: Our cleaning teams are trained to provide us with the highest standards hotel cleaning methods, they also have the training for cleaning not only hospitality facilities like rooms and commercial kitchens but also laboratory facilities. 

 

We always sanitise all handles, remote controls, kitchen units, surfaces, fridges inside and out, and everything else we see.
We are committed to cleaning and we have an enhanced cleaning protocol in place which follows all the guidelines provided by the ECDC European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control.


We have added air filter ozone generators to our cleaning force which we use to purify the air between stays safely.
We use these methods aware of the procedures and timings requested. 
Ozone generators can make ozone from normal air and are normally used as room disinfectants in the hospitality trade, it's killing action upon bacteria, viruses, fungi, and in many species of protozoa, serve as the basis for its increasing use in disinfecting municipal water supplies in cities worldwide.

Laundry: We wash our laundry with the latest in Ozone technology also, using powerful chemistry and ozone rinsing which is known to be a powerful sanitizer, ensuring we're providing our customers with one of the latest and safest methods of processing.

Communications: We request and follow up on guests' health - during their stay, when they leave and before our cleaning teams' arrival, and after departure. 

We will provide you with an online concierge app which allows you to check-in online and collect all the information needed for your
self check in at the property.
