What is AirFreedom, and what do you do?
AirFreedom is a full-service property management company, which means we can manage all aspects of Airbnb accommodation on an owner’s behalf. From booking in guests to cleaning and maintaining properties, we help landlords maximise their profits without the stress of promoting or managing the property.
Specialising in short-term rental management, we work with clients in a range of locations including Cardiff, Bristol, Newport and South Wales.

Where are your properties located?
AirFreedom manages a selection of premium properties in three key locations:
Cardiff: We have a strong presence in areas such as Pontcanna, Howard Gardens and the city centre, offering a range of managed and serviced accommodations in close proximity to popular landmarks, restaurants, and cultural attractions.
Newport: All our Newport properties are centrally located and designed to cater to both leisure and corporate travellers. They’re located close to the city’s best amenities, including supermarkets, restaurants and pubs, with accessible parking available.
Bristol: We also manage properties in Bristol, offering stylish and centrally located accommodation that is ideal for short-term stays.
How do I book a stay at one of your properties?
The process couldn’t be easier. All you need to do is use our booking platform bookairfreedom.net, where you can save up to 30% compared to booking via online travel agents (OTAs).
Book with us directly and you avoid OTA commissions and enjoy exclusive discounts.
Alternatively, you can visit airfreedom.net and click on the “Book Now” button to explore our available properties. We accept most payment methods, including Visa and MasterCard (excluding American Express). Pre-authorisation for the security deposit must be completed with a credit card. After your first stay, you’ll also receive a discount code for an additional 5% off future bookings.
How does your check-in process work?
At AirFreedom, we make sure that your check-in is simple, secure, and completely hassle-free.
Here’s what you can expect:
Pre-Check-In Form: After you book, we’ll send you an email with a link to our pre-check-in form. This form is essential to obtain your access codes. You’ll need to upload your ID, provide a credit card for the security deposit (this is just a hold, not a charge), and sign our terms and conditions.
Security Deposit Hold: As a security measure, we temporarily hold a deposit on your credit card during your stay. This ensures that any potential damages or issues are covered. The hold is released after your stay, assuming no extra charges apply.
Terms and Conditions: For your safety and ours, we ask all guests to agree to our terms and conditions, which outline property rules and expectations for a comfortable stay.
Secure Handling of Your Information: Your privacy is important to us. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), and your data is securely processed in line with the highest data protection standards (ICO Registration Number: ZA638801). Your details are encrypted and stored safely. You can see our Privacy Policy here.
Receiving Your Access Codes: Once you complete the pre-check-in process, you’ll receive your access codes on the day of your arrival. These codes will allow you to enter the property at any time, making check-in flexible and easy.
Contactless Check-In: Our self-check-in system is entirely contactless. You can find everything you need, from property details to local tips, via our online guest portal. This way, you can focus on enjoying your stay without any hassle.
What payment methods do you accept?
At AirFreedom, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and others, for your convenience. However, please note that we do not accept American Express at this time. For security deposits, a credit card is required for pre-authorization.
By booking directly through our website, you can enjoy a smooth and secure payment process by Stripe. Should you have any questions about payment options, our team is always ready to assist!
Do you offer discounts for direct bookings?
Yes, we do! When you book directly through our website, you can enjoy exclusive discounts of up to 30% compared to booking through online travel agents. Additionally, after your first stay, you will receive a discount code for a further 5% off your next booking with us. Booking direct not only saves you money but also avoids the added fees associated with third-party platforms.

Are your properties pet-friendly?
Nowadays, many of us want to bring our furry friends along. Fortunately, many of our properties in Bristol, Newport and Cardiff welcome pets. All we need is a small fee of £10 per pet, per night. This is so we can maintain a clean, allergen-free environment for the next guests. The fee covers thorough cleaning after each stay, ensuring both pet owners and non pet-owners have complete peace of mind.
Unfortunately, not all our properties can accommodate pets. This is due to building regulations or specific property requirements. We therefore recommend checking the individual property listings for detailed pet policies and availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
AirFreedom offer plenty of flexibility to ensure a smooth booking process for both guests and property owners.
When booking directly through AirFreedom.net, we operate under a 30 day cancellation policy. This means that a full refund is available if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before check-in. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are typically non-refundable.
However, cancellation policies can vary depending on the property and the platform through which the booking is made (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, TRIP, etc.). Each online travel agent may have its own set of cancellation terms. Additionally, certain property owners may have unique policies that differ from our standard terms.
To ensure clarity, we kindly advise verifying the specific cancellation policy associated with the property at the time of booking. This way, you’ll have the most accurate details for your reservation. If you have any questions about the cancellation terms for a specific property, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to assist!.
The Guest Experience
How do I check-in/out of the property?
All our properties offer self-check-in for your convenience. After booking, you will receive a pre-check-in form via email, where you will be asked to upload your ID, a pre-authorisation of a security deposit, and sign our terms and conditions. Once completed, your access codes will be sent to you on the day of arrival, ensuring a smooth and contactless check-in experience.
What should I do if I encounter an issue during my stay?
We’re available whenever you need us. If you encounter any issues during your stay, you can reach us via the Guest Area chat, WhatsApp, or phone.
AirFreedom Property Management is available for emergencies even late at night. Simply call us twice in quick succession to trigger emergency mode, ensuring your call is answered promptly.
How are your properties cleaned?
