What is AirFreedom and what do you do?
AirFreedom is a full-service property management company specializing in short-term rental management. Founded by hospitality professionals Pedro and Alina Reis, AirFreedom focuses on delivering high-quality guest experiences while maximizing property owners’ rental income. We offer a hands-free solution for property owners, handling everything from property listings and guest communications to professional cleaning, maintenance, and 24/7 support. Our goal is to provide exceptional service both for our property owners and guests, ensuring that every stay is memorable and every property is well-maintained. With our expertise in hospitality and revenue management, we help property owners achieve between 80-200% more revenue compared to traditional long-term rentals.
At AirFreedom, we offer comprehensive Airbnb property management services across Cardiff, Newport, and Bristol. Our extensive experience managing hotels and our local presence in South Wales give us strong knowledge of the area, helping us to ensure maximum exposure and high occupancy for your property. With a background in hospitality management and a university degree in the field, we pride ourselves on providing a hands-off, profitable experience for property owners.
Where are your properties located?
AirFreedom manages a selection of premium properties in three key locations:

While we currently operate in Cardiff, Newport, and Bristol, AirFreedom is also exploring opportunities to expand into countryside locations within South Wales and South West England. We are actively looking to build a unique portfolio of exquisite rural properties, offering serene, countryside stays for guests seeking a peaceful retreat away from the city. Our goal is to bring the same high level of hospitality and hands-on management to these countryside properties, creating memorable guest experiences in idyllic, natural settings.

Booking & Payments
How do I book a stay at one of your properties?
You can easily book a stay through our dedicated booking platform bookairfreedom.net, where you can save up to 30% compared to booking via online travel agents (OTAs). By booking directly with us, you avoid OTA commissions and enjoy exclusive discounts. Alternatively, you can visit airfreedom.net and click on the “Book Now” button to explore our available properties. We accept most payment methods, including Visa and MasterCard (excluding American Express). Pre-authorisation for the security deposit must be completed with a credit card. After your first stay, you’ll also receive a discount code for an additional 5% off future bookings.
How Does Your Check-In Process Work?
At AirFreedom, we make sure that your check-in is simple, secure, and completely hassle-free.
Here’s what you can expect:

Pre-Check-In Form: After you book, we’ll send you an email with a link to our pre-check-in form. This form is essential to obtain your access codes. You’ll need to upload your ID, provide a credit card for the security deposit (this is just a hold, not a charge), and sign our terms and conditions.

Security Deposit Hold: As a security measure, we temporarily hold a deposit on your credit card during your stay. This ensures that any potential damages or issues are covered. The hold is released after your stay, assuming no extra charges apply.

Terms and Conditions: For your safety and ours, we ask all guests to agree to our terms and conditions, which outline property rules and expectations for a comfortable stay.

Secure Handling of Your Information: Your privacy is important to us. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), and your data is securely processed in line with the highest data protection standards (ICO Registration Number: ZA638801). Receiving Your Access Codes: Once you complete the pre-check-in process, you’ll receive your access codes on the day of your arrival. These codes will allow you to enter the property at any time, making check-in flexible and easy.

Contactless Check-In: Our self-check-in system is entirely contactless. You can find everything you need, from property details to local tips, via our online guest portal. This way, you can focus on enjoying your stay without any hassle.
What payment methods do you accept?
At AirFreedom, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and others, for your convenience. However, please note that we do not accept American Express at this time. For security deposits, a credit card is required for pre-authorization. By booking directly through our website, you can enjoy a smooth and secure payment process by Stripe. Should you have any questions about payment options, our team is always ready to assist!
Do you offer discounts for direct bookings?
Yes, we do! When you book directly through our website, you can enjoy exclusive discounts of up to 30% compared to booking through online travel agents. Additionally, after your first stay, you will receive a discount code for a further 5% off your next booking with us. Booking direct not only saves you money but also avoids the added fees associated with third-party platforms.

Most of our properties are pet-friendly, with a small fee of £10 per pet, per night. This fee helps maintain a clean, allergen-free environment for future guests. Please note that some of our properties offer parking; however, availability varies by location. You can find detailed information about parking in each property’s listing.
Are your properties Pet-Friendly?
Yes, most of our properties at AirFreedom are pet-friendly because we know how important it is to bring your furry family members along on your travels. For those properties that welcome pets, we charge a small fee of £10 per pet, per night to help maintain a clean, allergen-free environment for the next guests. This fee ensures thorough cleaning after each stay, giving peace of mind to pet owners and non-pet owners alike. Please note that some properties may not accommodate pets due to building regulations or specific property requirements, so we recommend checking the individual property listings for detailed pet policies and availability. With AirFreedom, you can be assured of a warm welcome for you and your pets at most of our Cardiff, Newport, and Bristol properties.
What is your cancellation policy?
At AirFreedom, we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring a smooth booking process for both guests and property owners.When booking directly through AirFreedom.net, we operate under a 30 day cancellation policy. This means that a full refund is available if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before check-in. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are typically non-refundable.
However, cancellation policies can vary depending on the property and the platform through which the booking is made (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, TRIP, etc.). Each online travel agent may have its own set of cancellation terms. Additionally, certain property owners may have unique policies that differ from our standard terms. To ensure clarity, we kindly advise verifying the specific cancellation policy associated with the property at the time of booking. This way, you’ll have the most accurate details for your reservation. If you have any questions about the cancellation terms for a specific property, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to assist!.

Guest Experience
How do I check-in/out of the Property?
All our properties offer self-check-in for your convenience. After booking, you will receive a pre-check-in form via email, where you will be asked to upload your ID, a pre-authorisation of a security deposit, and sign our terms and conditions. Once completed, your access codes will be sent to you on the day of arrival, ensuring a smooth and contactless check-in experience.
What should I do if I encounter an issue during my stay?
If you encounter any issues during your stay, you can reach us via the Guest Area chat, WhatsApp, or phone. For emergencies, even when very late at night, simply call us twice in quick succession to trigger emergency mode, ensuring your call is answered promptly.
How are your properties cleaned?
Our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitised by the dedicated team at AirFreedom Cleaning Services. We follow strict protocols to ensure each property is free of contaminants, making them safe for our guests. Our cleaning processes are detailed, thorough, and consistently receive five-star reviews from our guests
